Residents can pay their monthly water and sewer bills by mail, drop off their payment at the village office, or pay online through your local bank. Water and sewer bills are mailed on the first day of each month and are due on the 15th day of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, payment is due on the next business day. Payments made after the 15th of the month are subject to a 10% penalty charge.

New residents renting a home or apartment must fill out a water and sewer utility service deposit application form. This form can be picked up at the village office or downloaded from the village web site. A $100.00 deposit is required to set up service for a rental property inside the village limits; and a $150.00 deposit is required for property outside of the village limits. The deposit is held for the entire period that you are renting. If you move out, the final utility bill is deducted from the deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Before erecting or relocating any structure such as a fence, or shed, building an addition or new home, please obtain a permit through the Village Office. Present a drawing showing the layout, placement, right-of-ways and distances from your property lines in which the new structure will be located.
